THE STORY

Boreray is a small but fascinating island of exceptional natural beauty, in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland.

As it is home to important ancient monuments and historical ruins, as well as featuring a landscape bursting with wildflowers, birdlife and marine life. Boreray is one of the only places in the world to receive Dual World Heritage Status.

Golden eagles are often spotted around the cliffs, and the rare breed of Boreray sheep are native to the island.
